We visited Rovigo for the third and last time this month. We enjoyed our stay the first two years because the house was clean and well equipped, but mostly because the back yard had a pool, spa and beautiful hedges that provided privacy. This year, without informing us, they removed all of the hedges and the spa, leaving the entire pool area open to the public. This was not at all what we rented before, and they have ignored our complaints in both phone calls and emails. This is no way to treat customers, and we will never rent from this company again.

The Bologna was a decent unit but definitely could use some work. Examples include: the kitchen sink's faucet is loose, the master's bed is not only uncomfortable but has the squeakiest box spring. The master bath has paint chipping and peeling off of the wall. Additionally, the condo lacked your everyday kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the Lely resort as it was peaceful and relaxing. The pool area was great as well. Location wise, we are going to try and stay closer to Naples where it takes less time to get to restaurants and the beach.

The house was nice and clean. The location was close to the beach. But several things did not work well in this house. First of all the garage door did not work so we could not use the garage. There was a water leak in the garage. The air conditioner stop working for an entire day, waiting for a repairman was not part of our vacation plan turns out the air conditioner needs a new pump. The kitchen did not have a garbage disposal. The sliding door to the pool did not close or lock dangerous!(waited for repairman for that too!)

This is a wonderful property overlooking the golf course. Checkin was simple. Beds are very comfy. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking if you want to. There are many great restaurants nearby if cooking isn’t your thing. The pool is beautiful and has lap lanes if you’re so inclined. The property is beautiful! I highly recommend this property!

Loved the apartment and the amenities, the location was excellent.

Very well managed property. All the expected provisions are provided: towels, bedding, kitchen tools, hair dryer, etc.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment: it was clean, spacious and modern — very well appointed! The only issues we had was that I’d been under the impression that there was tennis available on site, but this was not the case. Perhaps the error was mine. Also, we’d been told that check-out was 10 am, so we loaded up the car at that time. I’d thought tu at I could go back in to check one last time for anything I might have left behind, but the door code had already been changed. As it turns out, I’d missed a drawer and had left quite a few things behind as a result. Again, my mistake, but it would have been nice to have had a 5-minute grace period.

Overall, I would say "pretty good." Great location, nice house, good amenities. Some negatives:
- the upstairs bedroom is open to the living room, making it very noisy when anyone is in there. not sure why that makes any sense in a rental house
- there was construction next door, which I realize was just the luck of the draw, but it got noisy at 8:00 AM and stayed pretty noisy until 5:00
- when we arrived, there were no paper towels, dish detergent, etc., so we went out and bought those supplies; the cleaning person returned in a few hours with those materials, so we felt like we wasted out money on those things;
- light and fan not working in upstairs bathroom (bedroom overlooking LR)
- several lights out in kitchen and in ceiling in LR
- light at stove not working
- sinks didn't hold water
- outdoor grill not working (broken ignition switch)
But we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

We were VERY dissatisfied with our rental experience. At the time of booking, the property listed a hot tub as one of the amenities. THERE WAS NO HOT TUB! Apparently it had been removed without anyone advising us. Furthermore, the home seemed to be in the middle of a renovation with an exposed electrical wire in the pool area, missing cabinets and a hole in the wall of the bedroom closet. Basic amenities were missing including a toaster and garage door clicker. Our calls to their service number were met with inaction and even rudeness. We will never rent from these people again.

My husband and I booked this cute little place for a mini vacation get away. We were really in the heart of it all. We enjoyed an impromptu concert at nearby Cambier Park. Every evening we took a short walk to Fifth Avenue or Third Street and a different restaurant every night. And best of all, we enjoyed the beach everyday which was literally just at the end of our street after you passed through a lovey little park setting. The condo was nicely decorated, super clean and everything worked perfectly.

The house was generally OK. But lots of things are bad. In cabana bedroom is mold and dust mold on the wall in bathroom. We didn't have hot water there, too. In the house you could use only one shower or sink at the time cause it switching you on cold water. TV in master bedroom wasn't working. It main room it took us 30 minutes to put cables together. The contacts are bad.very hard to back up into main road.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and spacious.

Nice condo , very well appointed and comfortable for making our vacation very enjoyable, great view across the golf course, and well positioned both for shopping and food outlets. The pool was also a very nice feature, and also well maintained. We will be very happy to stay there another time. The booking process was very easy, and the support offered during the booking was both useful and helpful too. Keep up the good work , your sense of guest support was on the money .

The management staff is more interested in my money than my experience. We had an agreement that they could not live up to. Instead of giving me a refund they were instead trying to ensure that I stay. My stay was horrible. They had workers at the house at 7:30 am working. They even worked on Thanksgiving day. Trucks parked in the yard and the workers were working in the back pool area and the house did not have privacy curtains. The workers could look in anytime they wanted. additionally, I found the back patio door unlocked and the workers had been using the bathroom leaving dirty hand prints on the wall above the toilet. I called and complained but no one got back to me. I had to call back. I again requested an equitable discount....My request had fell on death ears. There are too many companies out there in this market to ever consider using them again. Do not use them. It isn't just about renting a vacation home for sleeping, it is also an experience which is equally important if not more. My one star is generous.
on a side note, the area is not a one time event. I return to the area often. One extremely disappointed person...…...Did I mention do not use this company?

We absolutely loved the view from this unit. We've stayed at this resort several times before but have never had a unit with a beautiful view of the golf course.

The upgrades to the condo were nice - both the kitchen and the bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and utensils, etc.

The basket of necessities was helpful and the 6 beach towels were high quality and perfect for the beach and pool.

A few suggested improvements:
Provide each bathroom with two hand towels, especially the master. One is not enough.
Provide a bench or other piece of furniture that you can put your luggage on. Both bedrooms need one.
Replace the lint filter in the dryer. The screen is frayed and it's really hard to clean out.
Provide more than one roll of toilet paper.

Pool heater was not working; took 4 days to get fixed and couldnt use it until it warmed up..half of the vacation! They made sure we paid $60/day to pay for a heated pool but not that it actually worked. They sent the housekeeper to fix it the first time, and she couldnt speak English, so all she did was say "sorry" and left. We looked up old reviews, and the pool heater has been an outstanding issue in many of them. The dishes, cutlery, pots/pans were extremely sparse and very old. I had to clean rust and gunk off the pans before i could use them, and buy a knife sharpener. No extra blankets, furniture not comfortable, no stools for the breakfast bar, tv remotes are a nightnare to figure out without labeling which ones do what, floors were disgustingly filthy, no mop/broom, had iron but no ironing board, smells like sewer when irrigation goes on, bathtub jets were moldy/mildewed and black stuff shot out when turned on. Mattress was obviously very old. No recycling recepticle, they never came to clean the pool or do yard maintenance (which really was in dire need of) in 10 days.Will never go through this again! With all the money we spent on renting this house, i expected much better.

My guests were extremely happy with the home. Lots of compliments on the décor and furnishings. Did note that several windows were unlocked..(not open, but unlocked). Might be something to make sure the cleaning crew checks.

We loved it here, from the spacious accommodation to the fantastic location it was perfect.
The one slight issue was the bed, it was as noisy as a squeaky thing but it was the frame needed a squirt of WD40 and tightening up thats all... It did make our other guests look slightly sheepish at us in the morning until we explained....

We loved the new furniture in the Lanai. It is much more comfortable as before.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped. We stayed for 10 days and had everything we needed. Would recommend and would stay again. Many thanks.
